Shipping and Returns
After making the payment through the portal, you will receive an automated e-mail to inform you that your order has been created. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for handling and processing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number where you will be able to check the status of your shipment at (www.dhl.com)
Shipping times for the US can take up to 3-4 days after order has been shipped. Shipping times for the rest of the world can take up to 5-8 days after order has been shipped.
*Please note: Delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example: Customs delays and adverse weather conditions.
*Please be aware, there might be additional shipping charges upon arrival. We do not cover import duties. If you have any questions please contact your local custom office.
If you have a problem with your order we offer a 7 day return policy from when the order is delivered. All returns must be sent back with the return slip form filled once approved. Make sure the merchandise is properly packaged.
