When you message, please include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Product name of the item ordered
  • Product name of the item received
  • Picture of the incorrect item

Our Sincere apologies!  Please go to our ‘Contact Us’ tab, to help us get this fixed for you ASAP. Please include the following information.

  • Your Name, Order Number, Product Name, Picture of the fault.

Since our products are made from natural fiber, we recommend using a damp cloth or toothbrush to gently clean. Dry completely before storing. 

Avoid direct contact with water.

We do! All orders are shipped from our workshop in Colombia via DHL Express. Depending on your location, shipping rates vary. Orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are to be paid by the recipient upon arrival.

If you have questions about customs charges please contact your local customs office.

*Unfortunately we cannot ship orders to PO boxes.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact customer service within the 30 minutes of placing the order and we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already entered the packing process in our distribution center, we can no longer cancel your order.
