When you message, please include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Product name of the item ordered
  • Product name of the item received
  • Picture of the incorrect item

To check the status of your order go to www.dhl.com and enter the tracking number we sent to your email. Please send us an email to info@klatso.com if you have any problems tracking your order.

  • Your Name, Order Number, Product Name, Picture of the fault.

Since our products are made from natural fiber, we recommend using a damp cloth or toothbrush to clean. Avoid direct contact with water.

We do! All orders are shipped from our workshop in Colombia. Depending on your location, shipping rates vary.
